Samuel Heimgartner

Founder and Managing Director of Neuromobil GmbH for 14 years.
He is responsible for extracranial and transcranial duplex exploration, contrast agent administration, nerve and brain parenchyma sonography, as well as right-to-left shunt grading. He also assists with technical procedures such as lumbar punctures and blood sampling. His responsibilities further include the administration of infusion therapies. Additionally, he is certified to perform EEG, SEP, VEP, and MEP recordings.

Education and Certifications:

• Trained as a Registered Nurse at a Higher Technical College (HF), 1991–1994
• Completed the advanced training course of the Swiss Association for Neurophysiological Diagnostics (SFND), 2003–2005
• DEGUM certification in transcranial Doppler and duplex sonography, since 2006
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Investigator Course with certification, 2006
• International Neurosonology Ultrasound Certificate (ESNCH), including successful theoretical and practical examination, obtained in spring 2010
